Acupuncture for feet and body in Northamptonshire

The professionals at Caroline Stead Podiatry4u provide acupuncture treatment for foot and other body disorders or injuries.

How it works

Acupuncture is one of the most common and useful techniques used to treat various foot problems. The acupuncture needles are inserted in the target areas to trigger the pain points. Because these needles are extremely fine, they are believed to have an impact on the nervous system, stimulating the release of natural painkillers. Podiatric acupuncture helps improve painful conditions, in particular muscle/skeletal pain, osteoarthritic pain, inflammatory conditions and reducing localized swelling.

Caroline has had foundation training with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS). Caroline is a Member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS). Caroline is able to treat conditions of the body not necessarily related to the foot. Self referral is possible, however Caroline may need to contact your GP.

Verruca treatment

If you are suffering from a painful verruca, then consult the experts at Caroline Stead Podiatry4u. We have treated many clients suffering from verrucas across Northamptonshire.

Verrucae are the human pappaloma virus infecting the skins surface. We cannot say how many treatments it will take to clear the infection. We will keep you updated on each attended appointment as to the progress of the verrucae treatment. As a guide the longer you have the virus present the longer the overall course of treatment.
